(1)藥效學:本品具有鎮痛、抗炎及解熱作用。本品通過抑制環氧酶使組織局部前列腺素的合成減少及抑制白細胞的趨化性和溶酶體酶的釋放而起到藥理作用。本品治療關節炎時的鎮痛、消腫等療效與吲哚美辛、阿司匹林、萘普生相似。但由于本品抑制環氧酶-2所需的濃度高于抑制環氧酶-1的濃度，因此胃腸道的不良反應較多。
